Dr. Nicholas Perricone wrote a book titled "10 Super Foods".  Buckwheat honey is listed as
# 5 in his book of Super Foods folks should be consuming.  Folks either love buckwheat honey or they don't - buckwheat honey is pungent in flavor with molasses and malty tones and a lingering aftertaste.

Anything in the "Allium Family"
Garlic, onions, leeks, scallions, chives and shallots can all help the liver eliminate toxins and carcinogens.

Barley
This can be used as a breakfast cereal, in soups and stews, and as a rice substitute. Barley's also high in fiber, helping metabolize fats, cholesterol and carbohydrates.

Green Foods
