Clover Honey taken off the hives

If you order any raw clover honey or clover honey (that's been heated and filtered) you'll receive the 2011 crop. Have everything now listed on the website including 2.5 pound containers for the raw clover honey. We expect clover honey to start to crystallize in about 3 months (we're guessing here), but going from past years.
