    We have these specially made for our tins
    and they measure 1.875" x .9375" and have rounded corners and look great on the tins.

    and these are on a glossy white finish and
    will work with ink jet printers.

    I've posted a word document file
    below that is a template that
    I use for the lip balm tin label. 

    You should design your labels and print them off on a plain piece of paper first and double check that your design will print OK
    on the glossy label sheet prior to actually printing your labels.

    A trick is to place your design sheet after
    it's been printed on plain paper on top
    of the blank glossy label sheet and then
    hold both of them up to a light.  You'll be
    able to see if your examples will fit the
    label sheet prior to printing on the
    glossy label sheet.
