Raw buckwheat honey goes into a smoothie every morning around here. This blended smoothie includes carrots. celery, beets, mixed fresh green sprouts, ginger, garlic, cucumber, avocado, raw eggs, flax seed oil, coconut oil, broccoli, blueberries, strawberries, mangos, cacao nibs, psyllium powder, and raw milk kefir. The honey brings it all together for a delicious, filling, and nourishing drink. I think we are on our sixth sixty pounder and can't imagine being without this great honey that is processed minimally, priced right, delivered right, and comes from contented bees (I imagine!).
