Raw Orange Blossom honey in a 1 gallon container which is 12 pounds of honey. Raw honey has not been heated and simply filtered through a large mess screen. The screen removes larger particles and allows pollen, propolis and beeswax particles to pass through it.

Orange blossom honey comes primarily from flowers of the orange blossoms from orange trees, but can be from a combination of citrus sources, is usually light in color and mild in flavor with a fresh scent and light citrus taste. Orange blossom honey is produced in Florida, Southern California and parts of Texas.

We get our orange blossom honey from a friend who moves his hives south to FL. This honey has exceptional taste and is great used in tea, spreading on breads or biscuits and however you choose to use this honey. Great all around honey.

	Caramel citrus
	Dense and smooth texture of this honey resembles a delicious caramel. Its flavor is mild with a nuance of citrus. It is the first time I tried this honey and I must say it is the best for using with any baked goods and nut mixes. I came from the country where people are still buying honey directly from farmers. I always value the taste of natural product. I am glad I discovered this web-site because here I can always get real raw honey.

	DELICIOUS!
	This honey is delicious. The first time I tried it was when I ordered a small sample but instantly fell in love. You can taste a faint citrus in the honey which, in my opinion, is fantastic in or on anything you might need sweetened. A gallon is a LOT of honey but when you have a family full of honey lovers what can I say it didn't last long :)
