I've just used this top-quality beeswax to finish a butcherblock countertop. I melted an ounce of the beeswax into 8 ounces of walnut oil, in a double-boiler over water. After it cooled, I applied it with a lint-free cloth, then polished it with a chamois. It's a food-safe finish with a satin sheen, and the surface isn't sticky or oily to the touch. Very happy with the product, the price, and the service. Thanks!
