Raw Locust honey in a 2.5 pound container.
Locust honey is also known as Acacia Honey.
We limit the number of containers per order (i.e. per customer) that can be purchased. We have customers who would buy all the Locust Honey we could produce so we have to do this just to give as many customers as possible the opportunity to buy some Locust Honey. This year the flower bloom on the Locust Trees only lasted 7 days which is a very short amount of time for the bees to collect the nectar.
Pleasant tasting honey, aromatic, and ranging from water white to light yellow in color, this honey comes from the black locust tree which flowers in long white racemes. This honey is tough to get as the trees are only flowering a couple of weeks at best and we typically have a big Spring storm which takes the flowers off the trees. This limits the amount of nectar bees can gather, so we never have enough Locust Honey to get us through a year and we will sell out.
Raw honey has not been heated and simply filtered through a large mesh screen. The screen removes larger particles and allows pollen, propolis and beeswax particles to pass through it. Rumored to have a better hypoglycemic effect than other honey, this is my "go to" honey (Effects of honey, sucrose and glucose on blood glucose and C-peptide in patients with type 1 diabetes mellitus. [Complement Ther Clin Pract. 2013]) Great Taste, Better Health, Locally Available...Great Honey.
Locust (acacia) honey
I was lucky to get this honey, which I haven't been able to find for quite a while! It's light flavor and delicate locust blossom fragrance have made it one of my favorite honeys.

Raw Locust Honey
Buttery, soft, gentle. The 2018 harvest is delicious. I get so happy in spring when I see the black locust trees in bloom and begin to anticipate the deliciousness to come. There is so little of this honey and I always rush to get some before it’s gone.
I purchased raw locust honey that my brother in-law suggested based on my desire to obtain the best tasting honey. He ans his wife are bee keepers in North Carolina. They produce some of the best sourwood honey ever. He suggested acacia honey was superior in taste. I had to try some and found this site. I do agree the acacia honey is lighter in color and the taste is different than sourwood, however the price difference makes the sourwood honey even sweeter.

This years (2017) batch is very good. It has a touch more color then previous years but a wonderful rich Locust flavor. Thank You Bees
One of the best raw honey, that I have ever had.

Absolutely THE BEST honey! I try to get raw Locust honey whenever I can and this measures up to the best. It is very light in color and especially in taste. I will be back for more next year so hopefully there will be a good crop for the bees.
This is a beautiful honey. The taste is incredible. This is definitely one of my top choices!

Delicious!!! Ebee honey never disappoints, this years locust honey is great! I try to get as much as I can afford every year. Definitely one of my favorites.
I try to get some of this each year it's available. It's amazing stuff and a favorite. One of the best tasting honeys you'll ever have.

Gotta try some
Order #EBH16-37926 I'm trying different honeys in my beer brewing.(Light beers to let the honey shine) I'm fortunate having EBee as a source of unique honeys. OK, this year was exceptionally clear. It has extreme sweetness, starts a little floral and finishes with some woodiness. I KNOW . . . woody!!! Maybe an English Pale Ale is in the future.
